OVERVIEW

CAdmin is Indxx’s end-to-end platform for managing corporate actions data. It collates, validates, and consolidates information from multiple vendors into a single, accurate source—helping financial institutions avoid missed events, reduce risk, and streamline operations.

As a UI/UX designer, I helped revamp the platform’s interface to simplify workflows, improve data visibility through an intuitive dashboard, and build a scalable, user-friendly design system that enhances efficiency for enterprise users.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Managing corporate actions is complex, high-risk, and often manual, leading to missed events, data errors, and operational inefficiencies. CAdmin aimed to solve this with automation, but its original interface lacked clarity and ease of use.

The goal: Redesign the platform to simplify workflows, improve data visibility, and create a seamless, scalable user experience for financial professionals.

DESIGN APPROACH

  • Conducted stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand Indxx’s goals and user challenges in managing corporate actions.

  • Performed UX audit uncovering:
    • High manual processing leading to operational risks
    • Complex, fragmented workflows impacting efficiency
    • Steep learning curve for new users

  • Researched competitor fintech platforms to identify best UX practices and feature gaps.

  • Created low-fidelity wireframes to validate flows and structure.

  • Developed high-fidelity, mobile-responsive designs focused on:
    • Enhancing data clarity and real-time visibility
    • Simplifying multi-source data integration
    • Minimizing user errors with intuitive workflows

  • Built a scalable design system to ensure consistency across modules.
